Description:
CHAMPRO-4445 series are a kind of polymers with very high cationic charge density, specially designed for wrapping calcium carbonate (especially for calcium carbonate with low PCD). With the combination of Champro -8005, it can significantly increase the particle size ,improve the PCD and the retention rate of calcium carbonate, mitigate the negative impact from the dosage increase of calcium carbonate on the paper strength properties.
Champro-4445 is shall be diluted by the special equipment ( concentration is 0.1%~0.5% after dilution.) before dosing to calcium carbonate. The recommended dosage is 0.5-4.0kg/ton calcium carbonate, and the specific dosage is related to the initial particle size, specific surface area, particle charge and the target particle size of calcium carbonate in each factory.
