CHAMPRO-0017 series are a kind of polymers with special structure for filler coating treatment. CHAMPRO-0017 series can significantly increase the filler particle size, improve the filler particle surface charge. The combination of CHAMPRO-1020 can further improve the retention of the system. The production costs will be reduced resulting from the increase of ash content, while there is no negative impact to the paper quality.
The recommended addition amount of CHAMPRO-0017: 2~8kgs/ ton calcium carbonate, the specific addition amount is related to the initial particle size, specific surface area, particle charge and the target particle size of calcium carbonate of each factory.
