Description: CHAMPRO SE-40A is an outstanding scale inhibitor and anti-scaling agent. It effectively prevent the crystallization and crystal “growth” of oxalate, carbonate, silicate, sulfate and other salts and thus effectively prevent their deposition. SE-40A is especially suitable for high pH and high temperature conditions at cooking, washing and alkali recovery section. It can effectively prevent and control the deposition of carbonate, sulfate, oxalate and so on on equipment and pipes, and can also be used for boiler water / cooling tower water (pretreatment) treatment and scale resistance.
Application: CHAMPRO SE-40A is usually added before the scale formation and dosed to white liquor, cleaning water and black liquor, etc.
Dosage: 10-30ppm (against liquid) is recommended based on different process.
