Description: CHAMPRO-SC4020 is a cationic high molecular weight polymer developed by us with independent intellectual property rights. It is used to treat the physical sludge in the primary sedimentation pond or in the air-flotation segment to significantly increase the sludge retention in the paper sheet. It increases the paper ash content without affecting the paper strength properties and paper machine runnability. It greatly reduces our customers’ production costs.
Dosage rate: 10~30kgs/T dry sludge. The actual dosage depends on the particle charge and concentration of the sludge system. The lab study is required before deciding the dosage rate.
