Description:
CHAMPRO-4060 series are a kind of emulsion polymers, specially designed for wrapping calcium carbonate. It significantly increases the particle size, improve the PCD and retention of calcium carbonate, mitigate the negative impact from the dosage increase of calcium carbonate on the paper strength properties. It can generally be used in combination with CHAMPRO-8005 or alone in some cases.
It shall be diluted by special equipment before dosing to calcium carbonate and with concentration 0.1~0.5% after dilution.
The recommended addition amount is 0.3~3.0kg/ ton calcium carbonate, and the specific addition amount is related to the initial particle size, specific surface area, particle charge and target particle size of calcium carbonate of each factory.
